February Vendor Table (Virtual)

Virtual exhibit table guidelines:

• Submit 20-30 second advertisement minimum one week prior to [email protected]. Vimeo is the preferred platform, but MP4 will be accepted.
• Advertisement will be played on alternating loop 12:30-1:00 PM as chapter members log on for the meeting.
• Prepare a 5-minute presentation of product/service to share with chapter members prior to educational session.

Important Notes:

• The Chapter President and/or Board of Directors have the authority to deny the request of any Vendor Partners.
• Content presented/shared must be aligned with APIC DFW mission/vision.
